About the Board

Our current Board of Directors is comprised of 16 members; the agency by-laws allow for a range of 15-21 members. They represent a broad range of interests and abilities. Their common link is their commitment to the mission of Catholic Charities and their active involvement in this agency.

The purpose of the Board is to formulate policy, set the agency's direction and oversee the implementation of its decisions through the agency's Executive Director. The Board of Directors meets nine times a year and holds its Annual Meeting on the first Monday in June

Reflections on Mission and Poverty

This series is meant to be practical. Each reflection is designed to be used by Catholic Charities agency staff to further their understanding of mission and to learn how to integrate the mission of the agency into their individual work.
